Always fermenting...we’re a go!

Sarah Wood brewing journey jun kombucha

Whew! What a ride!

We are off and brewing in our commercial space and couldn’t be happier with how things are going. Here is the update:

Early May: We launched with our first wholesale accounts after getting approved as a food manufacturer in the state. Mesa Bloom Market, Best Slope Coffee in Fruita, Batch Provisions in Carbondale, and Copper Club Brewing in Fruita put us on tap right away! These accounts are killing it, and I’m so grateful for their early support!

Late May: We were officially approved to sell direct by passing our initial inspection with Mesa County! The Jun Boochery will be open a couple of days a week for bottle and growler exchanges and special flavors!

We also went to our first market in Ridgway and what a great response! I couldn’t be happier with our market planning and how well the product is being received.

Early June: We now have all six 30 gallon barrels brewing up the jun, and delivered our first flavored batches.

Up Next:

We have some production planning to do, getting into full swing with the farmers markets this season, opening a few days a week for growler exchanges and refills, finish our bottle labels, and hiring some help to manage a higher volume at the shop...it never ends and we love every minute.

Stay thirsty and don’t forget to #tapintoyourgut!

More updates and info on our markets, shop location and hours coming soon!
